COLORFULMATRIX PRODUCT END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

REGISTERED VERSION

After you have purchased the registered copy of the ColorfulMatrix Product Software, you are licensed to copy the ColorfulMatrix Product Software only into the memory of the number of computers corresponding to the number of licenses purchased. The primary user of the computer on which each licensed copy of the ColorfulMatrix Product Software is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer. Under no other circumstances may the ColorfulMatrix Product Software be operated at the same time on more than the number of computers for which you have paid a separate license fee. You may not duplicate the ColorfulMatrix Product Software in whole or in part, except that you may make one copy of the ColorfulMatrix Product Software for backup or archival purposes.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, dify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. You may not use the ColorfulMatrix Product Software for any illegal purpose.

COPYRIGHT

The ColorfulMatrix Product Software is protected by internation copyright law through its treaty provisions.

NO WARRANTIES

THE COLORFULMATRIX PRODUCT SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL COLORFULMATRIX PRODUCT SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF THE COLORFULMATRIX PRODUCT SOFTWARE.

Installing and using the ColorfulMatrix Product Software signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the ColorfulMatrix Product Software from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
